Terms and Conditions

1. General

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you with SYSKI at www.syskistudio.com online store or mobile website. The owner and manager of the store is SYSKI STUDIO, registered under the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce, KvK number 85253235. By using our website in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 2. Products

Every item on our website is handmade to order and therefore may vary slightly. It takes up to 3 weeks to produce any item. Our jewellery is made of 9ct gold and sterling silver. We use only natural stones therefore they may vary slightly in appearance from the items shown on the website.

 3. Prices

All product displayed on www.syskistudio.com are in Euro (EUR). The prices include the tax but does not include a delivery charge.

 4.Shipping

Shipping is currently available within Europe. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery times: domestic orders 1-2 business days, EU countries 3-4 business days, NON EU countries 6-7 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Any taxes or customs fees for non-European shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 5. Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your piece within 14 days after arrival. In order to do this, please email info@syskistudio.com. The product must arrive unworn and in the original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return. Shipping is non-refundable.

 6. Intellectual property

All information and material on www.syskistudio.com is protected by Dutch copyright laws. SYSKI is the sole proprietor of all content (photographs, texts, designs, trademarks etc.) on the website. Any use of content, including copying, public display, distribution or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal use, is prohibited without the written permission.

 7. Privacy

At SYSKI we value our customer’s privacy. We collect and processes all personal data transmitted to it in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act. All of the information that you provide us with is used solely to process your transactions and to contact you if necessary.
